Eichler Owner with leaking pipes

Hi

Well we found out that our house has sprung a leak. We called a plumber to snake our pipes thinking that it would help the problem, but he came up with mud which is not a good sign. We had him snake a few areas to make sure. If anyone has had a similar problem please contact me with what you did in that situation.
